THE METHOD
The Lagree method, created by Sebastien Lagree, is a highly effective and efficient exercise approach designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone muscles without putting excessive stress on joints, connective tissues, or the spine.
With many movements engaging up to 600 muscles simultaneously, the Lagree method is ideal for those seeking time-efficient workouts with long-lasting results.
Comparing Lagree to Pilates, the Lagree Method stands out through its circuit training approach. You will transition quickly from one movement to the next with minimal rest, keeping your heart rate elevated and promoting cardiovascular growth, resulting in higher calorie burn. On the other hand, Pilates is not designed for cardio workouts, and heart rates typically remain below 90 BPM. Lagree ensures users reach the anaerobic threshold, with heart rates over 145/150 BPM when performed correctly.

Allow us to introduce to you to the Mini Pro, an exclusive Lagree machine designed with adjustable platforms that provide versatile options for hand and foot placement during pressing movements. This innovative equipment incorporates platform angling technology, offering six positions - Flat, 15Β°, 30Β°, 45Β°, 60Β°, and 90Β° - allowing for optimal customization. Moreover, the platform can be used as a handlebar with a full vertical lift.
