Terms of services
1. Commitment to Health and Fitness:
By purchasing sessions or memberships, clients agree to prioritize their health and fitness. Membership cancellations must comply with the conditions outlined in Paragraph 7, and refund eligibility is specified in Paragraph 9. While instructors provide guidance on proper technique and program adherence, clients are responsible for consistency, nutrition, sleep, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle to achieve desired results.
2. Session Details:
The instructor and client will mutually agree upon the time, type, content, and location of each session. Rates for these sessions will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
3. Session Duration:
Classes are typically 45 to 60 minutes in duration. The instructor reserves the right to adjust the length of the class based on the session's specific requirements.
4. Punctuality and Preparedness:
Clients are expected to arrive on time and be dressed appropriately as outlined in Paragraph 5. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation, in accordance with the policies detailed in Paragraph 8. Clients must inform the instructor in advance if they anticipate being late.
5. Apparel Guidelines:
Clients are required to wear suitable workout attire, such as clean t-shirts, shorts, tights, sweats, or tracksuits. Grip socks are mandatory for safety during Lagree classes. Clients should consult with their instructor if they have any questions regarding appropriate attire.
6. Exercising Responsibly:
Clients may cease any exercise at their discretion and should promptly inform the instructor of any discomfort, pain, or limitations. This communication is crucial for ensuring the workout is adjusted to maintain safety.
7. Payment Procedures:
Payment for sessions is required in advance, either as a lump sum or in monthly installments. Monthly payments are due on the same date each month, corresponding with the contract's original signing date. Payment must be made before the initiation or renewal of any contracts. Clients are responsible for managing their payments, even in the absence of an invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of membership.
8. Booking and Waitlist Policies:
Early Booking: Clients are encouraged to book classes in advance to secure their spot. Bookings can be made via the IGF app.
Waitlist: If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be automatically added to the class and notified via email, SMS, and app notifications. Clients should remove themselves from the waitlist if they are no longer able to attend the class to avoid a no-show penalty. The waitlist ceases to add reservations two hours before the class starts.
Standby Reservations: Clients may arrive at the studio and attempt to secure a spot that is unclaimed at the start of the class. Standby reservations take precedence over waitlist reservations once the waitlist has closed two hours before class.
9. Cancellation and No-Show Policies:
Advance Cancellations: Cancellations are permitted up to four hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than four hours in advance will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a class without prior cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the class credit and a $30 no-show fee.
10. Membership Terms:
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. All memberships and drop-ins must be used within the designated time frame. Unused classes will not roll over to the next period.
