Below, you’ll find our most frequently asked questions and get all the answers you’ll need to come to our studio prepared. Feel free to reach out with any other questions you may have. We can’t wait to meet you!

  • Lagree and Pilates are both fitness methods that focus on strengthening the body through low-impact exercises. However, there are some key differences between the two:

    Equipment: Pilates typically involves the use of equipment such as a reformer, cadillac, and chairs, while Lagree uses a machine called the Megaformer.

    Movement: While both methods emphasize slow and controlled movements, Lagree movements tend to be more intense and incorporate more strength training elements. Pilates, on the other hand, focuses more on stretching and lengthening the muscles.

    Muscle groups: Lagree primarily targets the core, legs, and upper body, while Pilates emphasizes the core, back, and hips.

    Intensity: Lagree is generally considered to be a more intense workout than Pilates, as it involves more muscle activation and higher resistance.

  • A Lagree class is a type of fitness class that focuses on high-intensity, low-impact exercises using a machine called the Megaformer. Here's what you can generally expect from a Lagree class:

    You will get a full-body workout: A Lagree class targets all major muscle groups in the body, including the arms, legs, glutes, and core.

    High-intensity, low-impact: Lagree exercises are designed to be challenging, but with a focus on low-impact movements to protect your joints.

    Slow and controlled movements: You'll perform slow and controlled movements on the Megaformer, which is designed to add resistance to your workout.

    Strength and cardio: Lagree classes are a combination of strength and cardio exercises, making it a great all-around workout.

    Core focus: A strong core is essential for good posture, balance, and overall fitness. Lagree classes place a particular emphasis on core strength and stability.

    Small class size: Lagree classes typically have a small class size, allowing for personalized attention from the instructor.

  • Waiver Required: Please sign your waiver before your first class. It was sent to your emailβ€”check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

    Injuries or Conditions: Let your instructor know before class if you have any injuries or medical conditions so modifications can be provided.

    Grip Socks: Grip socks are required for every Lagree class. You can purchase a pair directly in the IGF app if needed.

    Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. First-timers must arrive 10–15 minutes early to avoid being turned away for safety reasons.

    Parking: Park in the garage attached to the Radius Building (back side). Scan the QR code signs to register your vehicle and use code ITGRLFIT for 2 hours of free parking.

  • We encourage you to book early to secure your spot. You can reserve your classes easily by downloading and using the IGF app.

    If a class is full, you can join the waitlistβ€”but heads up, it moves fast. If a spot becomes available, you’ll be automatically added to the class and notified via email, SMS, and app notifications. Be sure those are turned on so you don’t miss your chance. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid a no-show penalty. The waitlist stops adding reservations two hours before class starts, so check your status ahead of time.

    You’re also welcome to show up and try to claim an unfilled spot at the start of class. Once the two-hour window has closed, standby reservations take priority over the waitlist. If someone doesn’t show up and you’re on-site and ready, you just might snag a last-minute spot.

    • Grip Socks: Required for every Lagree class. They provide essential traction and stability during your workout.

    • Water Bottle: Hydration is key. Bring a bottle and keep it closeβ€”you’ll need it during our 45-minute flow.

    • Towel: We offer free towel service for your convenience, whether for wiping down equipment or yourself.

    • Clothing: Wear what makes you feel good. Our all-women’s studio is a space where you can move freely and express yourself comfortably.

    • Minimal or No Jewelry: For safety and to avoid damaging your accessories, we recommend keeping jewelry to a minimum or leaving it at home.

    • A Positive Attitude: Lagree is toughβ€”but so are you. Come ready to challenge yourself and feel stronger with every class.

    • Advance Cancellations: Cancel at least 8 hours before your scheduled class to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 8 hours will result in a $20 late cancel fee.

    • Weekend Cancellations: If you cancel within 2 hours of a weekend class, an additional $20 fee will apply. No exceptions.

    • No-Shows: If you miss class without canceling, you will lose the class credit and be charged a $30 no-show fee.

    • Membership Terms: All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

    • Expiration Policy: Memberships and drop-ins must be used within the designated timeframe. Unused classes will not roll over to the next period.

  • We’ve created a space designed not just for fitness, but for comfort, connection, and confidence. Here’s what you can expect when you step into our studio:

    • Free Covered Parking: Park stress-free in the attached garageβ€”rain or shine. Just scan the QR code and use our code for 2 hours of free parking so you can focus on your workout, not the meter.

    • Cubby Storage: Securely tuck away your belongings in our designated cubby spaces during class.

    • Complimentary Towel Service: Fresh towels are always on handβ€”no need to bring your own.

    • Clean, Double-Stall Bathroom: Our facilities are spotless and private, perfect for a quick refresh before or after class.

    • Zen Meditation Station: After class, take a mindful moment to breathe, reset, and reconnect in our calming meditation cornerβ€”your space to recenter and recharge.

    • Insta-Worthy Selfie Spots: Celebrate your strength and shine in our curated photo spots. Capture those post-sweat glows and share your power with the world.
